• The course fee is paid in advance by bank transfer. Once your payment arrives, the course can begin.

• The package of 10 lessons must be used up within 3 months after the payment.

• Already paid (and unused) course fees can be refunded only in exceptional cases (eg. due to health reasons).

• The scheduled lesson can be moved to another date in necessary situations. The change of the date/time of the lesson has to be arranged not later than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson.

• The scheduled lesson can be cancelled free of charge only in exceptional cases and no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson.

• A late-cancelled lesson must be paid in full. Within the purchase of the 10-lesson package, you have the possibility to arrange one alternative date in place of the cancelled lesson.
